 2008 is a year of commitment for The Pentecostals of Cooper City. We are digging in and getting back to the basics. In a world that lacks commitment, we are going to go against the flow and strengthen our commitment to God this year.
We are committing to prayer and fasting this year. Jesus said the signs that follow believers only come by prayer and fasting. We yearn to see an outpouring of God's Spirit in Cooper City. We are committing to make any sacrifice necessary to see that happen.
We are committing to each other in accountability, fellowship and relationship. The body of Christ is as strong as the commitment of its members. We are committing to help each other grow in grace. We are recommitting to service and sacrifice for the Kingdom of God. Our mission is not driven by feeling, but by the truth of God's calling in each of our lives.
Finally, we are committing to the Word of God. Our entire church will be memorizing Scripture throughout the year and hiding God's Word in our hearts. We will be teaching Bible studies to our children and our neighbors.
Come join us this year as we take an incredible journey into deeper commitment to God, His Kingdom, our community, our families, and each other.
